Pumpkin Patch

We spent the afternoon with the Haight and Green Families at the Picha Patch in Puyallup.  (can you say that five times fast?)  It was quite fun!  Owen was pretty interested in everything, but Claire was a bit more reserved.  Michael and Lizzie on the other hand were nuts! I hope they don't rub off too much on the nice Haight babies!

Fall is very busy here in the Great Northwest!! Lizzie and Michael have been very busy playing and enjoying all of the festivities surrounding fall around our house.  Basically that means Cougar Football Saturday, Seahawk Football Sunday and of course - Halloween!  How can you go wrong? Lizzie and Michael are so lucky! They got to go hunt for the wily little pumpkins at two pumpkin patches!  

October!!

On Sunday (Mikey is in his uniform) we carved pumpkins and got our house ready for trick or treaters.  We had some very scary pumpkins.  Michael helped Auntie Carmel with the pumpkin guts to make sure that all pumpkin seeds would be available for roasting.  

Halloween was a lot of fun.  Krista (daycare) had a Halloween party where the kids went on a scavenger hunt on the farm for tricks and treats!  The kids had the chance to have cupcakes (always an Azure favorite) and also bobbed for apples.  It sounds like Lizzie really went for it and was pretty much soaked!  

Lizzie was a "princess of stars"  Mommy had already got material for her witch costume so we improvised!  Michael was a little pirate and boy were they cuties!  The Lizard was an excellent trick or treater and Michael was very good at saying "happy oween!"  they had quite a stash of candy!  It was very fun and unfortunately we have not been able to dispose of all the candy yet!  

Michael is growing - really big!

These are more pictures from Lizzie's Birthday. Aunt Stacey took these for us! Michael is now 1 1/2 and he is a fast mover - i guess he has to be to keep out of his big sister's hair. Plus, most of his belongings are confiscated by her when he is not "appropriate" They are hilarious!

Lizzie turns 3!

Lizzie celebrated her third birthday down in Kennewick with the Lampsons, Azures and even a couple of Bares! It was great fun as she and her cousins and friends played in all the water at the park. She also seemed to enjoy the "pupcakes and candycanes" she had specifically requested for her birthday.
